I love mine. I'm waiting for ANS to get restocked so I can get 2 more. Zero fog issues with the dual pane. I used to experience fogging if a game lasted more than 5 minutes. I sweat buckets!

I just ordered a clear Grilz dual pane from Zephyr. Should be here today or Monday. Will post some pics when I get it.

I have the dual pane in my grillz. I haven't been out on the field with them yet since I got them, but should be in a few weeks.
They look much nicer than the single pane and I hope DXS continues to make them.

vforce dual pane lens

I have a profiler that I put the dual pane lens in I've been using them now for about 2-3 months and have about 5 plays with them. I live in western washington and play outdoors so we'll say the weather has been less than ideal. I have had zero fogging with them and have taken several direct hits to the lens with no issues. I would recomend giving them a try

Thanks. I'll have to try them. I've been using FogTech on my Profilers for years. I'd go for the Grills, but they don't have the spiked forehead thing, right?

Edit: looks like they're still listed as pre-order only -- late spring.

I believe the grill only comes with a visor and not a brow shield.

That sounds like an illogical strategic move. Doesn't make sense why a company would buy a very popular mask line who just released an upgrade that may very well boost it's status into one of the best masks you can buy, then just discontinue the best thing that could ever happen to that mask line.

I live in western WA also, and in my experience every single pane mask I have used for my profilers fog. Washington had very high humidity, in fact Washington has the two top positions for top ten most humid cities in the USA. What makes it real bad, is that Washington is generally cold, and the inside of your mask frequently gets hotter than the outside temp. Sucks that i missed the first release of the dual pane lenses. Now i just have to hope that they make more.

Criticalpaintball seems to have some. Can anyone confirm this?

All the ones on ANS are still on pre-order though. I've been looking for some thermals too.

Critical is on back order as well.

They have made a few dual pane lenses in november, so they do exist. No one really seems to know for sure if they started to re-manufacture after the business change. But i don't see why they wouldn't make more. That's a dumb move for the buying company.

So has anyone played with the dual-panes and confirm that they don't have the peeling issue? The current single pane lenses are just terrible...

Haha, I think someone in here said that they don't. The discussion has gotten sort of convoluted.

Maybe I should see if I can't get this thread re-titled "Official V-Force Dual Pane Speculation Thread v.1" and see just how much random speculation and reports on who does and doesn't have these lenses we can compile!

They have no peeling and the mirror lense doesn't chip easily, overall they don't scratch easily either. I have a mirror + clear dual pane

That's cool then, guess I'll give 'em a try if I can find them in stock somewhere. Was about to give up on these grillz because of these crappy lenses...
