for a class A event we could most likely host at CFP in lakeland, but I understand the distance concern. if the conference just does AA then jacksonville would probably be the best option.

You can't just randomly decide to host Class A events. It is based on strict conference play.

SEC is a class AA conference so Jacksonville would be best.

Like my guys have previously stated, we would love to host, but do not have the ability to do so. We cant even practice.

This will be my first full year as President, so hopefully things will run alot more smoothly for us. Im looking forward to a great year.

I have almost everything taken care of for October if its fine with everyone that we do take that slot, all I need to know is which one of the weekends would work best for most schools, since inevitably it will hit one schools fall break.

Cup will be mid to late October as always. First event is September anyway. Its just that if we don't take the initiative to get the schedule at least proposed it will be a scramble when school starts because I don't think anyone has even put their name in for director of this conference.

South Event = Florida Team or UGA at a Southern Field
NE Event = Clemson (if they play 5 man) or a carolina/virgina field
Championship @ a PBC Park

Dates are Lining up to look like: (Going on last years Schedule)

Event 1 = Sept. 19 or 26 -- Ole Miss
Event 2 = Oct. 17 or 24 -- MTSU
Event 3 = Nov. 7 or 14 -- UGA (Southern Field)/FL(Northern Field)
Event 4 = Feb. 6 or 13 -- Clemson
Championships = March 6 or 13 -- PBC

Nationals = April


If its ok with everyone like this why don't we start organizing it and face problems as they arise? I know the sooner we can let our school know the first event the sooner we can get the money etc.

You probably want your winter events to be as far south as possible.

the one problem i do see is event 4 and championships being clemson and pbc. maybe we could make event 4 more central
