1-Minute, bottom squat hold (@90)
Standing Calf Raises until I can't ~100-150

cot dam what a good day in the gym

BB Bench - 130lbs, 4x5+ (12)
Iso Incline Press - 90lbs, 3x12

Smith Press - bar + 60, 4x5+ (15)
Cable Front Raise - 10lbs, 3x12
Rev Pec Deck - 50lbs, 3x12

Dips - bw, 7-5-4-3
Lurk Extensions - 30lbs, 3x12

Smith press was easy as ****, also starting to do internal rotations and external rotations every shoulder workout. Hoping it helps out my *****-made shoulders

Are you still throwing in stretching and mckenzie method exercises? It's up to you, but I'd recommend them.

Tried the Rippetoe version of skullcrushers and did not enjoy them. First set felt decent, but on the second my side delt had a sharp pain on the negative. Stopped there and did some overhead tri extensions and felt no pain.

I see this a lot. He's very very good at what he does, I think at his level you can no longer base it on his personal results/looks. He's done enough to prove he knows his **** and should be listened to, it doesn't matter if he looks like the guy from the WOW south park episode now.

Though he could probably stand to lose a few pounds, since he goes on and on in his Q & A about health markers, I'm sure he's got a clean bill of health. He just couldn't give less of a damn about how people think he should look.
