scammed by mmieky high end gun sale

i posted on mmieky thread to trade for my vice he responds saying i need to add 40 or a barrel and i would need to ship firstsince he has more feedback. so i add the barrel and ship the gun march 4th and the tracking says he got it on the 6th . which he confirmed he said he shipped the droid to me two days later. a week goes by and still no gun so i asked him for the tracking and he says its in my car ill get it in twenty minutes then he signed off of nation. i get ahold of him a week later and he gets all pissed off saying that im bugging him and that hes just going to send my gun back and so i said so you didnt send the droid but he said it came back to him ........ so i said whatever i dont care i just need the droid or the vice ... so he once again has claimed to ship it but its been 30 days since i shipped him my vice .
i leave for the airforce in june and dont have time for this kinda ****

i would file a police report and go to your local post office and file a mail fraud report. if you look at his older post he has his own photobucket account. the new sales that are posted are not linked from his own account. he may have stolen or copied the image from the internet and made a fake sale.

dont ship with someone who a) only has feedback from little things like virtue crown, a flex, and the other crap that kid had.(you had actually had more feedback than him when it came down to gun deals) and b) someone who cant even spell doesn't, any, and return. that just shows the guys lazy.

hey man this dude scammed me too. I was trading my halo for a rotor virtue crown. I shipped jan 6th. Dude said he was shipping every week and he didnt.
Edit: I just read what he wrote. Yea he said he left it in his car. His dad then forgot too.

i didnt scam eney of you first of all this dude told me to hold his gun till hb and secound i shipped mfraw's stuff yesterday so im sorry im ocupied with school and i use the most cheapest shipping wich is my dad he leaves itin his car and forgets to ship it so please have patience and if you want faster shipping you can pay for it

mmieky then please tell us why it taken you almost 30 days to pm the op or even try and contact the op of your slow/non shipping. also do you have any tracking info of the marker/iteams you owe people. to the op if you do get your marker please leave neg feedback of slow shipping to warn other users.

if someone ships you something and you receive it in 2 days that other person should receive your stuff 2 days later. Its not cool that someone pays for priority mail and you receive it in 2 days. Than you ship the cheapest way and it takes 2 weeks.

You do realize its only like $2-$4 difference most of the time between parcel and priority?

You cant tell me, you didnt have $5 extra to spend to get the item there in the time he got your item to you? and dont give that "im in college" bull****. The whole busy with school is bull**** to, cause it dont take no more then 20-30mins to get it packaged and drive to the PO/UPS/Fedex store and drop it off...

im just puttin it out there, why did you ship your high end marker with someone who has 2 negative and 12 positive?

next time try third party shipping threw john or railz,then you know you will not get scammed.
