I don't know what it is about this post (that was complete sarcasm -- its so obvious) but it SCREAMS the following phrases when I read it:
"Horrible business practices"
"UNETHICAL conduct"
"Lacking in personal responsibility, ownership of fault, integrity, and product-pride"
"Blames others for his failures"
"Is currently anticipating his graduation from fourth-grade grammar, yet is unsure of why everyone thinks he's ridiculous and crooked"
"Hates punctuation"
The last two are just because it's hilarious, while the first four are pathetic and disgustingly true.
Now let me say -- there really isn't a major need for a lawsuit for products purchased but unrendered -- (assuming you didn't spend upwards of $250 on products undelivered -- I have no idea what the average purchase or even item price is) but an attempt at sparking a Police investigation and/or FTC action is definitely warranted and encouraged. Send these crooks as far into the red as you can, then let them struggle to survive, while doing everything you can to make sure they're wasting their effort. Crooks like this deserve complete liquidation and forfeiture to the fullest extent -- It's just plain wrong.

I posted this on 2/25 and took a several-month break from paintball in general. This is the first post I've made since the post I just linked -- it's a priority.
Now someone PLEASE tell me you tried this route and saw it through to the end -- even if to no avail. I'd be ecstatic to see this company's assets frozen and promptly thereafter seized for fraud and theft.
Get it done.

I don't see how no one has pressed charges...especially for using someones credit card on file to cover payroll (for him and his wife)

Wow -- I'd not heard of that development -- as I said, I've been gone for a while.
Look, this guy needs locked up -- there's no two ways about it. Not only does he have your money, but he's taking MORE.
Look, whoever still has a debt from him that still needs met, please send me a PM -- give me all the information you have and I'll get the report process as far done as I can -- you'll have to take over at some point, but the time for screwing around is long, long past.

Anyone know offhand if Sanadana is set up as property of a Limited Liability Corp? If it is, it could be liquidated at most. If not, he can't default as easily -- he'd lose his house, cars, etc first.
From what I'm hearing, he's taken quite a bit...
Anyone know how much money is still owed, even if roughly?

From all the people that haven't received team packages. i'd say anywhere from $3,000-$20,000.
You have to think of the people that don't post on PBnation or haven't seen this thread.

Actually, if it's true that they were charging folks cards to cover payroll without orders...well, at that point it shouldn't matter if there's an LLC or not. Actual crime by the principals is a pretty straightforward way to pierce the corporate veil and seize their personal assets.

awhile back me and my team applied for the sponsorship program Sandana had and we apparently got accepted.
I can't remember who it was at Sandana but they called me out of the blue like 6 months after I submitted our team resume to say that we had been accepted and that each one of our team members had to send them like $300 each (I can't remember the exact amount) right over the phone the same day. I told him I couldn't just do that let alone over the phone and I would get back with him. I found the phone call and conversation to be a little odd so I never did call them back.
Sandana called 2 more times about collecting the money for the sponsorship. I'm so glad me and my team declined their "sponsorship" now that i seen this thread.

They're hurting for money, clearly.
As for the LLC thing -- you're right on that front, but I only ask because linking the two entities (personal and the company) when they're separated by an LLC is a huge pain in the *** and waste of legal fees.
In all reality, the penalties for the crimes he has committed will be enormous -- he's going to be homeless soon enough.

I saw one post in the theft thread where one team was missing about 7700 for failure to provide product and, in other cases, bank fraud.

ppl cant even post up on their fb page anymore, only just comments. Which brian deletes as many negative comments as he can. Im sure after people pay and then comment somewhere that they havnt got anything he probably just bans them from the group. Ill admit a couple times he has offered to get me my stuff, but i keep replying that I want my 320 dollars not any scam products

Good 'ole Brian. Shady since day 1 of knowing him almost a decade ago.
Wonder when he will run back to Hawaii.

Paintball News Rules |
- No Upping threads. If you have something to say, please do, but don't post in the thread just to take it to the top of the forum.
- Do not post "1st post", "1st", "First post" or anything similar (or with any other number) at any point in a thread, even if you post a comment too. It is really annoying and it will result in a ban.
- If you don't like something, say why instead of just calling it ugly, lame, gay or any other name. If it is old, simply post a link or report the post with a link to the older News thread.
- Please don't post links for places to buy items. That encourages stores, sponsored players and other people to do it and spam the site.
If you have questions, please post them in the Talk to Mods/Admins forum.
