rubber on the greytone s.e.s is grey and it looks like it comes with a mirror lense while the regular black profits have a smoke lense and the rubber is the natural black color

yeah i can tell the color difference and all but i was referring to the padding\ears. the on i recently played with felt like i was screaming in a bucket and i could barely here my teammates.

the gen 3 ears had a hole cut into the ear foam but to me it made no difference it was still hard to hear out of them, im 98% sure its the same ear foam on both masks

yeah, im going to see if i can find a way to make the hearing better.

anyone have any suggestions?

I took all of the foam out of my Profits and it made the hearing noticeably better. The only issue now is figuring out how to make it more breathable.

Drill small holes in the ears and cut out every other bar on the mouth vents.

i see alot of people at the local field cut out a few of the slots out around the mouth and nose area. seems to do the trick

AWESOME SAUCE!!! I remember reading about this "new mask" back when Valken bought up Sly. It would be great if they made the vents on the mouth bigger to help with breathing and communication and went to a vented ear to help with hearing.

Well if you need a tester I happily volunteer myself.

But no seriously, I was 2 seconds away from buying the E-Flex but now I will just holdout for the new Sly mask. Huge fan of Sly products and look forward to the new line of stuff now that you guys have Valken to back you up.

Whats the Difference between the versions of sly profits

My friend had a Sly Profit mask, and I wasn't too impressed.
1. They fog up badly (From my experience with them)
2. They are kinda heavy, they slide down my face (Might be because of my small head)
3. I like that there is 2 straps for the mask!

Any new info on the new sly mask?? I love the strap and foam type for your face but breathing in them is quite hard..

love my profit, just it seems like they fog and the lenses separate more than my proflex ever did. but hey its a great quality mask and still my favorite!
