Boot suggestions

Mods, i don't know if this is the right place for this.

Ok guys, i haven't played paintball in over a year, but i think i'm going with some friends next weekend.

Problem is, my mommy threw away my old JT boots that i loved so much () and now i am without playing shoes. You guys have any suggestions for what kind of boots i should pick up to play in?

I don't want to spend a bunch of money, but if i can't get something quality without dishing out the cash, i'd be willing to pay more.

Thanks guys.

what style do you play? Woods?
Just go get some army surplus boots or get some baseball cleats.

I've never been unhappy with a pair of Timberland Eurohikers. I've had my current pair for 5 years.

Go to a local Dick's Sporting Goods Store, if you have one, and at most times there is a section of already worn cleats and shoes, but not to an extent that they are not fit to wear. They also have their clearance shoes in this section. If not wanting to go that route just look in various other sporting stores that have cleats. Most cleats work good with playing paintball. I've used soccer cleats, baseball cleats, you name it. A nice pair of Nike's will do the trick, but if you are playing woodsball in a thicker undergrowth kind of situation you might what to find yourself I nice pair of army boots. And also, the use of the word "mommy" will decrease your gameplay by 20%. I would advise switching to "mom."

Take A Look At:
Magnum Sport Mid Plus
Magnum Response II 6"
Magnum Stealth Force 6.0
Vans Avalanche
...I run Magnum Boots on the field...but they're like Combat Boots in a lot of ways too...they're just WAY MORE COMFORTABLE...

Get a pair of cleats, they have the grip and also are comfortable and light weight which makes it easier to run.
