We use a 2 digit system where the first number is the number of players left on your team and the second is the number of players on their team.

For example: In a 3 man tournament it would start out as 33, and then let's say you shoot out one of their team, then it's 32. This can be applied to other formats as well and is a pretty simple way of keeping the count in order.

A lot of people around here use the same kill count.

11, 22, 33, 44, 55.

We use this but in reverse. I'd rather know how many are left than how many have been shot. Sounds trivial, but it works for us.

5 left = 55, 4 left = 44, etc.

For our players, we use days of the week.
Monday = we have 5 alive, Tuesday = we have 4 alive, etc.

For my team, we use 100, 200, etc. for the G-Count. Example, if we shoot someone out, we say 100 and so on. Another team that I know of uses the days of the week for their G-Count. They yell Monday for the first person they shoot out, Tuesday for the second, and so forth. Another thing with the 100 count, you can make it like 100 for the kills, and 10, 20, 30, etc. for the ball count. So if you lose someone, but killed two people, 210. Use whatever you feel comfortable with, make sure your team learns the "codes" and it will come naturally.

We just use G1-G5. It's quick and easy to understand.

G1-G5 is the standard for keeping the count. I've heard people using monday, tuesday, etc.

use whatever works as long as its easy to hear and remember.

The only reason why we don't use "G" is because it sounds like "D"
