If thats the case, just save the pm in your sent messages folder by checking the box before you send the pm

The problem is that saved sent PM's also take up mailbox space. So you occasionally need to go and delete your old saved sent PMs.

I run around 390 out of 400 on average because I save everything. So I'm pretty much deleting every day until I can weed out all the junk and download the rest
