If it's a 2013 Demon, the common culprit is the shuttle O-ring, but then you mentioned it has QEV then it's a 2012 Demon. Did you locate where exactly the leak is coming from because it might be from your solenoid.

There is a couple oring under the manifold, I dont see why your solenoid would be leaking.
Mine leaked like your from the trigger frame area, but when I removed the air, the bolt system still had air in it, so obviously it wasnt a bolt oring causing the issue.
I found out it was a manifold gasket 8mmx1 leaking.
Whe you air up the gun, it start leaking.. then unplug the air... is their any remaning air in the bolt? Like a single shot could be fired?
If no air is left then your bolt system is leaking.

I've seen a 2012 leak from the trigger area when a reg o-ring is bad too.

Hey OP, El Coronel brings up a good point. Service the Reg first and we can go from there.
Also if the leak is from the rear part of the grip frame around the Back Frame Screw, then remove all the old lube and relube the Air Transfer Pipe

if you have not split the body and frame, its your solenoid. if you have split it prior to the leak then lots of things could cause it and most are mentioned above. most of the time the easiest fix is to remove old lube and put a new one in. inspect all orings to see if there is a pinch.

what lube are you using? and also re-lube the whole engine. Most of that issue is the polyeurathane orings for the guide(think thats it trying to remember top of my head)
when i forget to lube those 2 orings, its the exact issue you got, doesnt cycle but fires, little puffs of air right?

please post the results - i am interested.
i was told reducing the pressure on the reg would solve the problem, or even using a lower output tank
