I really don't view CJ as safe at all. Fitz has less of a bust factor, I feel.

That's how I feel but I just don't know if he will be consistent enough for my liking. Welker will be a better fantasy pick than him and he goes around 30th overall.

That should be a good team if Jennings stays healthy, Gates stays healthy, and HB does pretty well.

I am picking 8th in my ten team non keeper non ppr league . Got an offer to switch and pick 5th. What should I do? Should I take the 5 or stick at 8?

Take #5 and then get Rodgers/Brady/Brees...Then in your Round 2 pick, pick up Forte.

Although, is it just your 1st pick? or is it all the way through the draft?

I would definitely switch. There is absolutely no one at the 8th spot I feel comfortable picking. I'll probably end up with Brees/Brady or Fitz because I don't want to take a QB that early in the draft. Would rather get a good back/WR but there aren't any safe picks at the 8th.

At least at 5 you could potentially get Rice/McCoy/Megatron because Foster and Rodgers should be gone before then.

Dont be a goddamn *****. Take whoever you think is best at that point no matter the position. Fitz is certainly not worth an 8th overall pick. You're better off locking up a solid QB or RB at that point. Unless Megatron or AJ is there, dont **** with a WR.

Yeah, if you don't pick a stud QB or RB by the 8th pick, you're doing it wrong.

really? I seem to remember placing second in a certain league last year where I didn't take a rb til the 5th round.

You guys are living in the past, Finding a rb who will put up respectable numbers is the easiest thing in the world.

AJ as in Andre Johnson? Why would I pick him? I would pick a number of receivers before him. He would be worse than picking Fitz and his legs are on the level of Frank Gore's.

I would hope to have a QB/RB by the 8th. If not, I would have 8 WRs/TEs.

The only thing that saved you from me smoking the **** out of your team was megatron going ham.

Without megatron, you finish 5th at best.

Has anyone ever traded draft picks before? Like just a few picks not the whole draft?

I'm thinking about trading 48th and 53rd overall for something like 38th and 58th overall. I don't even know if he would accept but might try and ask.

Ended up getting Calvin at 8. Here's how the rest of the draft played out. Made a big risk in my usual draft strategy (waiting on QB) because the guy I wanted at my 2nd pick (Forte) went 2 picks before my 2nd pick. Took Stafford in 2nd round instead. What do you guys think? 10 team non keeper non ppr.
(round in parentheses)
QB: Stafford (2)
RB: Charles (3)
RB: Trent (4)
WR: Calvin (1)
WR: Demaryius (5)
TE: Jared Cook (11)
W/R/T: Percy Harvin (6)
BN: Doug Martin (7)
BN: Desean Jackson (8)
BN: Roy Helu (9)
BN: Jay Cutler (10)
BN: Alshon Jeffrey (15)
BN: Jacob Tamme (13)
DEF: Chicago (12)
K: Garrett Harley (14)
