THanx, that helps. my gun should be up an runnin better than ever when i get my o-ring kit and sidewinder from Blue!!
I'm really excited to play. by the way, it seems like not to many people have remotes. whats up w/that? it seems like one of the first tings to do would be to take uneeded weight off the gun.
thanx again for all the fixin up info. i have already used most of it.
is there ne thing on my gun that my Gold Cup gun oil would hurt?
and how easily are revys are affected by rain?

(i'd better get back to my HTML design. I'm in school right now. i'm in 10th grade and i finished my final project so the teach lets us surf all hour. these cable connections kick-a**)

One note on the old snap ring rams that I just discovered the other night - you can adjust the snap ring 'pressure' by the brass scew on the ram cap. Screwing it in (tightening) compresses the internal o-ring, requiring more pressure to build up behind the ram before it breaks free. Pretty crafty design!

The only thing to take note of is to make sure that some sort of sealant or low-strength threadlocker is used on the brass screw, else air will leak out the back when the ram is activated.

I'm not rich enough to own an Angel myself, so I had no idea how the snap ring works (just that they have one).

Cool about the batteries - I didn't know they could do custom packs at those places!

DO NOT put an o-ring on the aoc plunger! It already has all the o-rings it needs.

Yes, that is the bolt pin.

Did you take out the vertical adapter screw? What method are you using to remove the AOC?

yeah I took out the VA screw

last time I could stick a screw in, move the screw to an angle so it got stuck and pull it out....

that method doesnt seem to work now, nor does pushing from below

you got another trick?

I used to use an allen wrech, stick it in the hole, angle it, and it would pull right now. Then I used the Fury chip extraction tool, just use one leg and it works perfect. I'll try to get a pic up later.

I wanna tap that one hole for a screw size so it fits perfect. Then get a long screw. It would work so good.
