Ok well before I post the raw body I will put the mounts for the detents to save eryone a hassel. I will also do some PDS covers but I need to know where the mount holes and eye holes are on the body. I have already changed my custom body a bit.

You forgot the air transfer hole for the valve to the bolt. That is very important.

Which holes are you talking about? the tray mounting 6/32 x .19 DP holes or the asa 3/8-24 hole or the valve set screw 3/8-24 hole.

Eye cover and eye tab mounting holes. That way we can have PDS on the marker. I drafted up the eye tab for the eye mounts. I am sure there is a better way of doing it if we are going to use cocker detents.

Post image_url_here without the trailing spaces in behind the "img" in the "[]" brackets. There is a button to do it when you use the "post reply" button at the top of the thread as well.

I like to use Hunt101.com to host my files. They give you a little text blurb to copy and it lets you post the picture in any forums properly.

Is that a full tray? You are going to have to add some meat to between the two tubes on your design as there isn't a place to attach your eyes (I noticed you have a PDS switch on your tray).

Otherwise looking good!

Hrm, custom Bushy frame the allows for a true trayless design...

Could re-route the air holes to fit a custom frame and then be able to attach barbs to the bottom. Just a though.

ATM I am getting Solidworks from the Mech. Eng down the hall. Should be able to design stuff myself with just a little time.

Oh man, PDS isn't about looks it's one of those performance vs. style things.

I have some PDS eye covers that would look pretty cool on your design BMK4LIFE. Remeber your making a custom marker. Just modding one part of the design would make it look unfinished or plain when you put it all together. My design philosophy: reliability first, performance second, ease of assembly third, looks last.

I like to put it into these terms: F.U.D.S.

Function
Usability
Design
Style
