Eaton ripper pump build.

Ok so picked up a victory ripper a few weeks ago. Always have loved ripper milling. Today browsing custom cockers I ran across this last run of eaton milled cocker bodies on custom cockers and bought it.

Plans are to use my jeff Orr pump parts and build a ccm pump ripper.

I plan on matching the color combo on my victory ripper. Black and orange gold.

- body still undecided if I'm gonna make it a convertible but it'll be annoed dust orange/gold.
- I have a ccm 45 autotrigger gloss black kit with t handle.
- annoed dust orange dye ul back w/ deadly winds fiber tip.
- ccm gloss black feedneck
Here's some pics of my vic as a color match and my jeff Orr I'll be pulling parts off for now. Body may be up for sale.

Ya the convertibles look good but something about the railed ones arches my eye as well. Gives it that associate cocker look. This is actually the Color I'm thinking. Have to say this body color scheme looks pretty nice

sexy as hell. Rippers have always been my favorite style too. Gold's not my favorite colour, but I have to admit that it does bring out grooves in the milling perfectly

Good score. You should consider doing something about the feedtube too.

I made mine into a convertible earlier this year (or maybe last?) and it was a great decision. It is lighter, cooler and once again one of my favorite guns.

Here's the thread where I showed the ripper in progress.

Come on guys, let's keep all BST out of this thread.

It was a guy on here that did the convertible milling. I'll have to look for his name. He did excellent work and turned it around in just a couple weeks.

Deffinetly would like to hear milling n anno recommendations.

Also I've never pulled a reg completely apart. Can u pull the dyes/bob longs completely apart to anno?

I just want to hug the screen every time I see Johns ripper. It's so nice looking.

You have to take the top section off the 360 torpedo regs as the threading is its own separate piece. Just remove the two grub screws at the top and the threading portion should come out and leave you with the top and bottom works.

I want to cry everytime I see it because it is a pump and not a mech. :9

Honestly my Ripper was supposed to be an Autococker when I first got it and was working on getting it milled, anodized and assembled. But then I finally found a black Evolution before the Ripper was built and told the friend building it that it could be a pump or a semi and to surprise me. It's been a pump ever since.

- ccm gloss black 86 at setup with orange annoed grips with t handle derlin grip.
Dye ultralite barrel black amnoed the gold orange color with deadly winds tip.

Bob long orange feedneck

Dye regulate annoed orange

Body gloss black

Basic idea build pics to come

got the ccm pump kit today heres the gun assembled (wont use the reg or the barrel)

I think im gonna wait it out and mill it to a convertable. i think i will regret it if i dont. im also still undecided on what to do with the body grip anno

Either will run it body satin black with a gloss orange 86 frame with orange highlights such as barrel back, t handle aluminum, pump adapter, feedneck, and the inside of a dye hyper 3 reg with the black cover.

but i also like the satin gold body with pretty much the opposite black grip frame and pretty much mirror my victory

decisions for now finding someone to mill the body is next on the list.

Nice cocker, but you do know that Eaton had nothing to do with the "Ripper" Victory right?

I wanted to get one for my Ripper collection at first, but then I learned how it came to be and stayed well clear of it.

Not really into politics or the chicken or the egg theories. I like the "ripper" milling in general and the performance

I know Jim had nothing to do with the Vic rippers

But thanks

Well sent The body off to docs machine yesterday to make it a convertible

Also am thinking about him milling 3 windows per side in between the ripper killing So u can see the black bolt inside the orange body he said he could i chose the back 3 so the front of the not wouldn't get center ( I know sort will still make it's way in but I think it'll look good make it look natural
