So I turned on Eurosport a few moments ago and immediately laughed my *** off at the female 'Crossfit' contestants competing in hang snatch, power snatch, heaving snatch, clean and jerk and a myriad of others interestingly named excercices..

Lol! Admittedly though, the ladies are smokin'. Albeit, uber ripped.
Crossfit is a lot of fun if you're willing to pay the hefty price. I've been in it for the past 3 years now.

now one thing im kind of curios about, on that UL frame on the trix, could u mill the lower part of the body to a more rounded type to make it look like the UL belongs on there?
