If psp decided to take out coaching and you love and respect the sport you play then you wouldn't yell out from the sidelines. It's as easy as if you give away someone's position your escorted out of the venue for the day. If you do it again in the same venue your not allowed back at all and the team you were coaching starts a point man down. Then teams wouldn't want coaching from the sidelines or they would get screwed.

Agreed, I'm not a fan of 'crowd participation' it was the one thing that made NPPL better. Let the players play the game, if the crowd wants to get involved they can pay the entry fee and play.

Its annoying, it takes away from the game, it favors those with a large following, it causes drama, and has no place in paintball.

I was standing about 10ft to the right of this, while it happened.

They counter coached almost the whole match and it was very annoying. But when that guy went over and started arguing and yelling at them, it was hilarious.

Sorry to bump this thread, but I think snakeside coaching should be allowed. It gives people the opportunity to participate who can't play. I know a lot of people that snakeside coach because they can't afford to play but wan't to remain involved... One thing I think should be changed is the "crowd/random coaching" I think each team should be allowed one or two coaches that are allowed to call-out for a team. I hate when you see random spectators just yelling out random **** when they walk by... Make it so that teams can only have 1 or 2 actual coaches calling out from the snakeside, and they must have a pass or something... Idk, just an idea.
