I got a new bike yesterday. ill post some pictures when I get home. I love it.
and thankfully I got it yesterday as my cars radiator blew on my way to look at the bike

Wow... just logged into Special Ops website after... 3 or 4 years? I remember when all the pick up / rec games were posted there. There are a total of 16 games posted right now... and they're split between Alberta, Canada and somewhere in Delaware.

So i'm going to have no life for the next couple weeks. I will be working the next 15 days without a day off and an average of 70 or more hours a week. 
Good news will be getting a ton of bills paid and start saving up to play paintball again.

I'm starting a weight challenge with a couple of guys who work for me...
$100 buy-in. No HCG, or chemicals... but Body By Vi and stuff like that is legal.
If we all lose 50 lbs, we all win. Otherwise, biggest % of weight loss = WINNER!
I had a baked potato and a side salad for lunch. Sad panda.

My company is doing a 1 ton weight loss challange. They want a total loss of 1 ton from all our offices combined and are doing give aways. I however can't participate. 6' 2", 167 LBS I can't afford to lose any weight. No prizes for Jared.

Im currently working a full time job for the government, a part time job doing landscaping, going to school to get my computer programming bachelors degree, and raising a family. Plus, paintball once a week. Just living the dream.

Interesting discovery... you cut out the random caloric binges... you don't poop nearly as often.
Lost 2.8 lbs in Day 1.

Well another 13.5 hour shift done. Now I'm over 40 hours for the week, OT time woot woot!

I would like to lose 10 pounds which would put me at an ideal 'fit' weight. We'll see if I can make it happen this summer.
