Gentlemen,
I have read the stickies and perhaps missed this, but I did obtain the knowledge that Hater Sauce is the way to go, which if I'm not mistaken is a mixture of dow33 and dow55.

Anyway, I have enough dow33 lube to start a pornographic empire, but no dow55. Can the Quest use dow33 or do I need dow55 or Hater? Just curious, I don't even have a Quest but I am getting tired of my Cyborg and think I may prefer spoolies.

Anyways, I was wondering what kind of consistency people get with their Quests? My Cyborg is consistent as hell, it can literally put ball-on-ball-on-ball, and I was going to put my Gladiator on the Quest. Does anyone have any complaints about shot to shot consistency?

dow 33 will be fine,

as far as consistency its pretty consistent, ive describe it as dm consitent

I would agree DM consistancy. The gladiator will certainly help with that.

One more question, if I order detents off Critical Paintball, will they come with the springs?

if you buy enough stuff, they will send you free conical springs!

If its in the picture, then you get it. I think the conical springs are sold without actual detents, but maybe the stock ones are included.

Hater is not Dow33 mixed with Dow55. Hater is thin, Dow33 is thick and Dow55 is thicker. When you mix thick and thicker, it does not become thin. I have all three lubes, Hater and Dow are definitely different.

Dow33 thinned down by mixing in oil I believe.

I've been really impressed with the Quest on dow33. Can't say I have ran it with other lubes, but I see no reason to switch out the dow33.
