What Should i do in this situation
well currently by routine is this:
Monday: Rest
Tuesday:Shoulders / back / abs
Wedsday: Rest
Thursday: Bi/tri's & Upper legs /abs
Friday: Rest
Saturday: work on lagging body parts + Forearms and abs
Sunday: Chest and Calfs
been doing this schedule hardcore for over 2years
well anyways my question is right now for off season coach has us lifting(mainly just the big 3,but we can still do other stuff ie. curls) Mon/Wed/Fri and i dont really want this to interfer with my work out schedule so what should i do on those day? should i just sit it out or what because i dont what to over work any body parts.
