Lets compare garages too. Whats in yours? I have a new silverado and malibu in mine. Along with a convertible 08 paid off corvette in a storage unit.

Did I mention I have a wife thats a stay at home mom, a newborn, and a house payment too? I could almost guarantee I still have more disposable income still.

To be fair, DC area is pretty spoiled when it comes to paintball stores. There are a bunch of Pev's (good selection) stores around in addition to Check-It (owner is awesome, carries a lot of nice used guns) which is the one I really like.

In all honesty, I'm just messing around. Trying to stir the pot as one would say. I also never call anyone lower class just because I am more fortunate than them. If you want good customer service, go buy from a REAL STORE. You pay a bit more, but that's to cover their over-head costs... But at least you can go talk to a real person when you have an issue.

Add to that the "perks"... I bought my TiPX from a local store, and even though I could have saved $20 more online, the local store includes 1 year of free paintball gun service if any problems, plus a free pass to my local field (a $28 value right there).




If your pinching every penny, shop online. But don't expect great customer support (or close to any at all from most online companies lol)... or the online company to actually fully back their products (most give you the run-around).

If you are willing to pay a few bucks more to support local paintball business and get better customer support, that's the other option.



I'd rather support local business... I like going to the store and actually seeing the products before I buy anyway.

not everyone has the convenience of having a paintball store nearby...

I don't have a paintball store near my house. I live on an island and have to go to the mainland to hit up a store. Which I do on the occasion. I've also ordered online from the same store and had no problems also. I'm guessing partly because it was local.

When u order online there is always a risk. But what can u do?

I wish i had a local store but being stationed somewhere where the nearest paintbal store is 3.5 hrs away not worth the drive exspecially when u cant go outside a 100 mile radius without approval
