How or what parts do i need to move my max flo from a bottomline setup to a vertical setup?

there is only one option if you want to keep the horizontal max flow. Eclipse made a vertical adapter kit that secured the reg so it would act as a foregrip and was made specifically for the imp and the horizontal max flow.

otherwise you can get a vert asa made for a standard regulator thread, and get a different regulator. <this option would probably be more expensive but would be fairly easy to find the vert asa. the eclipse part was pretty rare. I actually might have one and i will look. IF you can find one the eclipse is rare but not at all sought after so it would probably run pretty cheap. the higher cost of option 2 would depend on the regulator. you can spend a broad range on a reg depending on the quality and condition.

there is the product...i couldn't find any for sale with a quick search. i do see them occasionally here and there. i think i got rid of mine but i will look tomorrow and make sure. i have seen them on ebay before. the hard part is a lot of people dont have a clue what the part is, so the name they list it for sale might make it hard to find.
they also made them for shoebox shockers i believe. or the part also worked for shoebox shockers. although they switched the maxflo up a bit so i wouldnt count on it working both ways. my old school imp came with a maxflo that said shocker on it and it worked for me.

I saw that, but didn't know what it was. Thanks for the info. I'm more of the school - take the old reg and turn it into an air gun regulator and grab a vertical. I did the air gun reg wih an old horizontal and now use my tanks to power my brad, finish and framing nail guns. Much easier for small projects than humping the compressor around. Just be real careful not to nail your tank. That would be a real bad thing.
