Question for you all. I got into an incident yesterday, and now have a small flat spot on my rear tire, and it feels kind of lop sided where the rear wheel started to lock up. That's not going to affect anything right? I didn't slide for long... i'd say a few yards but the bike did go back and forth, side to side a little before i pressed on the brake harder to try and get it to stop and just slide one direction.

Stupid ****ing cagers I swear....

So two years ago i got a fix it ticket for not having a front license plate on my car(dads car actually) so i had to do the whole go to chp have them check it and all that , so i did . Got it all handled and went about my life. Today I got a letter saying there is a warrant out for my arrest and that i need to go turn myself in, The warrant is for this fix it ticket that i had taken care of. Two years later , no warning , no idea anything was wrong. Anyways im on a xr650r now so good luck catching me stupid ****ing pigs . Our justice system is ****ed, rot in hell bureaucrats. The best part of all though is that im on probation, therefore i really dont need this and im pretty sure im gonna get ****ed over because of their mistake. [rage face]

Such BS Sorry i dont hoard little pieces of paper two years after i get them when i thought it was settled. FML

that kit is indeed very trick looking. i think i'm going to start off with just the tires and maybe an over sized rotor to see if i like the super moto thing. i can't believe i never thought to do this earlier. as much as i love riding in the dirt spots are hard to come by and it is very physically demanding and i'm lazy haha.

hm, now i'm curious if i can get a street use title for my YZF.

Do you just notice it when you look at it or run your hand over the spot or do you notice it when you ride? Unless its a huge flat spot I'd assume it wouldn't be a problem. It'll probably even out as you ride.

If you can figure out the day you went to court, there will be a court docket for the day. There will be a record of everything that happened that day. Best to take care of it than to ignore it. If you ignore it it's only going to be worse. Then on top of the original issue, they'll add extra charges for failure to surrender.

I was actually talking to my friend about this the other day; he was going to street title one of his dirtbikes but decided against it and just got a WR250X instead. I didn't think it was that difficult, but in NC the trouble is getting a title for the dirtbike.

Karl- as far as I know massachusets will not title any vehicle that had "offroad use only" on the title. I've read quite a bit about it and it seems the only way to street title a dirtbike in mass (even with lights, blinkers, mirrors, etc) is to "sell" it to someine in vermont, have the state of VT issue a title classifying it as a vehicle, then "purchase" it back
