Guys I'm sure Tony is more upset and frustrated about this than all of you. The fact that he hasn't checked in is bad but I can assure you that the cam is his top priority. Something is wrong or they would have checked in.

the only wrong thing is that they dont care.like some one said before,if they had been smart about it they would have tested all this fancy crap they said they had to make sure it worked.theres no reson why they havent been in contact at all.they better have a very good excuse is all i gotta say.

Yes, there are Admins watching the site.

If anyone knew what was going on, it would be posted. All of the staff can only assume, that there are issues in HB. Power, connection, or an earthquake. WHO KNOWS!?!?

ANY breaking news, will be posted, as soon as it is given. There are many ways for the HB staff, to contact us , IF it is possible to do so.

Until this happens, PLEASE, do not continue to whine about something that obviously can not be controled from here.

The cam from the kite shop is a permanent fixture on the beach that has been there for years. I remember watching the first NPPL HB on that cam. It's actually a surf cam that the kite shop linked to. That cam isn't using a temporary internet connection.

However PBN is using a temporary connection for HB. Tony did test everything that he could, and everything was working as it should. You can't test a temporary connection until your on sight and it's hooked up.

For your information, it was tested, and it worked fine. What you seem to miss in this discussion, is that "WE" that are posting, have NO control on what is happening in Huntington Beach.

And for future referance, PbN is FULLY aware that feelings will get in the way of your judgement, but if you continue to throw threats in our direction, we will be forced to deal with it, just like any other bannable infraction.

I hope I have made myself clear, and until something else is posted that is a positive, in relation to the MegaCam situation, I would rather this not be a complaint thread.
