Some Noob Questions on Protein Shakes
I'm trying to cut a couple of pounds while adding a little bit of muscle at the same time by replacing my dinner with a Myofusion Shake. My questions is, how many scoops should I put into 1 shake for dinner? It seems that 2 scoops should be good enough but I never have used protein powders. Will 2 scoops fill me up? Thanks in advance.

I probably eat healthier than 95% of NY. I've lost 100 pounds from hard exercise and serious dieting. i have a simply question Taco, don't pull your normal bull**** with me.

Congrats on the loss.
But mind you DT is quite educated on the subject. So saying stuff like that is only going to get you made fun of in here.
Its not about how many scoops, its about daily macro-nutrients. Research the subject.

Myofusion says to take 1-3 scoops but 3 scoops seems a little much for me. read the N-Facts, I think I'm just gonna go with 2. Unless someone else has another opinion.

Then stop asking bull**** questions. A protein shake is made of protein, carbs, fats. That's it. A protein shake (read: 1) for dinner instead of actual food will not make any difference towards your overall health and composition.
Eat real food.

Alright chill with the anger cause it's not gonna make anyone want to help you. You asked a simple question that you could have found the answer to pretty much anywhere. You need to plan your macros before you can figure out how much protein to put in a shake. There is no general guideline, you put in the amount of protein that you want to add to your diet and it's all up to you.
