Twist locks come in left/right feed and center. Centerfeed twist lock barrels are rare, so most likely you will not accidently buy one.

I'm actually impressed. In a lot of other places, a question like this would just be ridiculed. Way to be helpful, guys.

Step 1. Buy a mag
Step 2. Ask questions about your mag
Step 3. Pimp your mag
Step 4. Watch the kiddies blunder in the dark until they reach step 1

I'm still waiting for Doc's Machine Shop to open up their online store so that I can get a twist-lock to Autococker adapter from them. I was going to get a ULE Body for my mag just for the vert feed but I seen Luke over at Luke's Customs does a vert feed mod so that is where my Automag body is at right now. Besides Getting it modded was way cheaper then buying the new body for it.

Doc sells his adapters on eBay all the time, you could try sending him a message on there to get one.

wait I dont think i have one of docs mods but do all mags' have a twistlock? mine is a hand me down and brought me into paintball and i havent used a seperate gun since. I used to own a tippman but i saw sense and used the mag. Anyway mine has normal threads and i have a basic j&j ceramic 16" barrel on it. Any suggestions on why that might be? I am sorry if its an obvious answer i have just never really looked into it.

what body do you have on it?
post a pic.

chances are it's autococker threads (the only threads I know of for non-twist lock bodies)

only pic i am able to post is older and you cant see the body to well. Here is the link
http://i.imgur.com/h3ZYI.jpg
It does seem to be a bit of a curiosity (besides the fact of everything else on it). It is pretty old i believe and i have not seen this before but i feel like its not unusual. The feed chamber is completly sideways. You can easily imagine it i hope once you can picture it without the Qloader feed neck on it. I also hope you can tell that is not a twistlock by the certain form and looks of the barrel. I do believe i might be autococker threads. I never looked into it since the barrel on there is great and once i have a great amount of spare cash i might buy a dye carbon fiber 20" boomstick. But that wont happen for a while so it doesnt really matter for me.

could someone do me a favor and copy and paste that picture of my mag on the appraisal thread with the following info no one seems to pay attention to links and i cant copy and paste for some reason. I would really like an appraisal on that gun.

Custom made mag'
-Green X-Valve
-Banzai green velocity lock
-All special camo
-Custom made barrel (pretty much a j&j 16" ceramic but self made and is still very accurate and precise) camo
-Gas through grip camo
-new macro-line fittings and macroline going from valve to grip from grip to bottom of grip frame
-Special adco red dot sight camo
-carbon fiber single trigger frame
-swivel Qloader stock camo
-12 camo Qloader pods
-Qloader neck camo

Oh geez cant believe I did not even pay attention to that. goes to show you, you should not post when tired.

Ok so im awake and after looking at this. No way it can be ano job, frame, stock and hopper could not be ano. I would say this was hydro dipped. So likely you have a SS body with a twist lock adapter. Are you sure its an X valve on there, is it solid green or camo like the rest? I have never seen a green ano X valve.

Also you would really need better pictures, parts broken down to really be able to tell you what you have and worth. I tried to look but really hard to be sure.

My bad not a green X-valve i was got it mixed up with the sight rail but I do want to get something to color my X-Valve green. Are those empire banzai green camo kits still available somewhere? You got the Mainbody right the first time I went through the AGD website again and I was going to post that but I got to lazy and fell asleep. You weren't alone on being sleepy. It is definitely a warp left ULE main-body. Or at least I believe. But this Hydro dipping? I dont feel like it was the WHOLE thing mainly the Qloader. The Qloader seems to Have some ceramicly baked vinyl on it? I made the gun but not all of i otherwise I wouldn't be happily participating in the AGD forums and over in the custom/miscellaneous forum.

Here is a list of things you wont be able to find on any other mag besides mine (in other words the custom parts)
-all of stock
-grip (most of it trust me its different)
-Barrel
-Back half of trigger grip all eppoxy/plastics (an even line behind set screw)

list of AGD parts
-X-Valve/68 Automag valve(s) w/lvl 10(s)
-forward half of trigger frame grip (barrel end)
-threads on grip
-sear/trigger mechanism

list of Miscellaneous parts
-camo
-banzai green velocity lock
-ADCO red dot sight
-plastic grip on grip
-Qloaders
-Qloader swivel socket
-Qloader 90 degree elbow
-Qloader Feed tube
-(newly added) Bleed valve
-(newly added) Macroline
-(newly added) Air fittings valve(s)-grip-grip-bleed valve

Thats all. Feel free to ask further questions I have just put that link up and few people have seen my mag'. Only downside to it is you cant scew a tank on meaning you always have to use a remote and you cant switch out the the grip frames such as an intelli without damaging the gun body so you have to stick with the single trigger carbon fiber.
