theres nothing wrong with them at all. just an old body. but theyre a good cheap way to get into timmys. just make sure it AT THE LEAST has WAS and a clammy, and a delron bolt
I bought a classic timmy not long ago, and I got a great deal on it. From my experiences I can tell you that it shoots fine bone stock. You most certainly do not need any of those upgrades. However, I would recommend a new board since they have better eye logic. The stock frame looks a bit janky, but when you actually use it, it's fine. The plastic eye covers are fine, the aluminum covers are rediculously expensive.
the stock frame is in fact ok, but i can guarantee you will see increased bps speeds when you use a clammy frame with a halo and was/entropy/frenzy. honestly the old 1.4.3 boards stink. theyre capped at like 14bps. i used to have a classic, and the stock frame IN NO WAY compares to the comfort, better size, and speed you get out of a new clammy. (new style or old)
Classics are great! I bought mine 3 years ago and it still works fine. For the price, you can't beat it. Slap a new board in it, it will keep up with any other Intimidator.
