hey all, i have a 06 dynasty shocker sft with a tect enertia bolt, bone stock everything else. the noid was leaking which i recently replaced with a brand new one, and after about 4 cases it just started dumping out air again. i replaced all the seals on the manifold to no avail, any other ideas?! its leaking directly on the section where the noid meets the manifold i really would rather not spend another $100 on a noid seeing how my guns worth about $200.... any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
Are you sure you put the right size o-rings on the manifold? I believe the bottom outer rings (body to manifold) are 3mm, and the bottom middle is 2.5mm. The top 3 (solenoid to manifold) are 2mm. I know I had an issue where somehow the 2.5mm was on the top and a 2mm was on the bottom creating a sealing issue, once switched back it was good to go
good point jl, any ideas of where i can get these exact orings? literally every single oring kit im finding doesnt include solenoid manifold rings. shockers can be frustrating
Sometimes manifold o-rings are not the cause. Noid leaks can also be caused by the middle two o-rings on the left solenoid insert. Replace those if nothing else works. Also, on zdspb.com it says that in extreme cases, insert depth can also be a cause of solenoid leak.

Stay away from you noid inserts until its a last resort. The most common cause for manifold leaks is a bad bolt sail oring.
Lots of causes for such leaks, usually best to start at the bolt, then inserts, then manifold. I say manifold last because I've seen 100 rounded mounting screws/stripped manifolds/stripped body threads, I've only seen one pair of rounded inserts which I had to remove this week.

The sail o-ring is the furthest one back on the bolt, and is also the largest ring on the bolt. It is located on the part that is raised, its a 16/70. refer to zdspb.com, they have diagrams for you to look at. heres a video for reference too.

the sail oring could be the cause of a leak of where the manifold meets the solenoid?

I suggest you locate where the leak is coming from specifically. Clearly its around the manifold, but the leak could be coming from any one of a few different locations around the manifold, and each location has a different remedy.
the oring kit i used was some cheap orings i found at my local store, which was all they had. i just bought the oring monkey boxed and labeled kit, so once i get this im going to do a full rebuild of every single ring in the gun(minus inside the solenoid) and report back to you guys!
alright guys, i got the oringmonkey kit and replaced every oring to specific size, bolt and manifold included. i then proceeded to air it up and at first it still wasnt holding air. i fidgeted with the mounting depth of both inserts and i got it to seal! for a single shot anyways. after one shot it would slowly leak air out of the same location on the noid. then i messed with it a bit more and was able to get it to stop completely. i dryfired it a bit and it was holding up fine. then i took it out and put half a pod through it and it started dumping out air again where the noid meets the manifold...... any thoughts?? btw reg pressure is 190
