Victory asa leaking. Need help

I have a brand new never fired v1 and when I air it up it leaks from the cam drive knob. I've replaced the o-ring and still leaks. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

I aired it up with a 68/4500 with about 1000 psi left in it.

It's a old pure energy. It's doesn't say if its low or high pressure.

Possible, the seal is blown out and needs to be put back in place.

Do that, then get the correct reg output pressure.
