According to the NPPL rules if you have not competed on the national level in over a year you would have to start out at DIII again. So if you haven't played in four years you should be o.k. to compete in DIII.

I was wondering if A team went to 5 tourneys and got the points needed to make the finials and another them went to all 8 and they both had the same score who goes to the finials? Or do both no matter what? Also when will the prizes be up for the first event? and will you be doing anything with 5man?

Thanks

bangerboyz2:

To answer your points question, points do not carry over from one conference to another. If your team competes in the KPL East conference and accumulate points, then decide to go and play the KPL West events you will accumulate a different set of points. KPL East and KPL West will have separate points races. If you play all KPL East and KPL West events that will better your chances of qualifying for the Keystone Cup.

The dates that were originally posted were for both KPL East and KPL West, however, we have received several requests from fields in the Pittsburgh area that want to host events. That's why we haven't made anything official yet. We are scheduled to meet with several field owners this weekend and hopefully secure these venues. These fields include 68 Caliber in Altoona, Three Rivers in Freedom, Crazy Dave's (indoor) in Volant, Encounter Sports in Mercer and Splatterzone in Smithton. If we can secure all of these fields this will be the KPL West division. We have also been in contact with Smart Parts concerning the use of the All American Piantball Park for the location of the Keystone Cup.

We should know more this weekend and will let you all know ASAP. Thanks again for your interest in the KPL.

We want to try and have a registration deadline of at least one week prior to each event. This will help us when ordering paint.

The allstar team details are still in the planning stages. Keep checking our web site, details will be posted as we finalize them. www.kpl3man.net

Hey folks, just a quick update for you all. JPM Promotions will be meeting tomorrow night to bring the 07 KPL series to it's finalization. It has been a very busy holiday and we had some difficulty getting everyone's schedules to line up. We will get everything updated on the web site, including new forms, schedule, registration, etc. so keep checking the site. Thank you all for your patience with us. Sorry, no young guns events this year. We need to have more interest in order to do a separate division. We will look at it again next season. Young guns teams are welcome to play the Division III.

It's gonna be a great season of paintball in central PA.

We will post the details concerning the charity events as soon as we can. Yes, you can just play those events and not the series if you choose.
