Btw thats my Karni pump I built from scratch. Body, bolt, back block, internals, pump kit, reg, bolt and pin, trigger, rail. All bought different places then put the new parts on my karni. Only thing that isnt on it in this picture is the pump arm guide by gat I put on there. I noticed that WGP karni kits, the pump arm is SUPER thick so I had to like shave the inside part of the guide for the arm for it to fit and slide freely.

Looks really clean. I'd AKA the **** out of the lower tube, get a lighter sear spring and return spring, but then clip and extend it. Call it a day.

Yeah Im pretty fine with how it feels right now. Spent alittle more then it was worth building it but eh wanted to build one from scratch as a fun project. Didnt see no harm in that.

The sound is coming from the back cap of the ram. There is a plastic... Thing there, i believe, that holds the ram shaft oring. Your dad's handiwork is making that sound. I recommend liberal ammounts of gun juice and lots of use.

Sa8: I don't disagree with pumping karnivors. I disagree with pumping legendary markers like the DC2 (although that would be cool to see) and I am staunchly against cutting up bodies of anything other than ****ty knockoffy ones or base WGP and ANuS bodies.

@ rebel it is an ans or kapp bolt.

Ans and kapp went with many designs.
It is the ans / kapp style.
Well the kapp style. Ans copied it later.
Essentially the key is the Venturi porting/ double oring design.
That is there signature thing.

Ans copied everyone on basically all of their products.
A jackhammer is almost identical to a rock.
The ans 3 way is identical (not same tolerances though) of a belsales hollowpoint.
The ram is a knock off of the clippard / Palmer type.
There valve is a shocktech rip off.
The hammer kits vary but a copy of aka (older ans no worm drive) and Rex dialers.
The bolt is a kapp rip off.

How am I going to get any money if I show people how to do it? lol.

Its pretty simple, actually. The hard part is the bumpers, which I already did the work and purchasing to make those.

1. Remove front block from body
2. Loosen LPR screw on back of front block, and remove LPR assy
3. Using 1/4 wrench on ram back cap, loosen ram back cap
4. Remove ram piston from ram housing
5. Inspect MP4 and MP5 bumpers (see SR diagram)
6. Inspect aft QEV on internal side of ram housing for debris **NOTE debris is causing your QEV leak**
7. Flush aft QEV with marker oil
8. Clean ram housing internal seating surfaces
9. replace damaged bumpers
10. reinstall parts in reverse order

Need to find a replacement collar for a Hybrid feedneck...
