Geo Leaking

I have a Geo and i have been having an issue with it leaking.

It worked fine, then i went to air it up later and it leaked.

I changed all the orings (used the correct orings) and it worked fine.

Later that day i went and aired it up and it was leaking once again. It leaks on and off randomly. Is this a common issue that is fixiable or is it a strange issue?

Where is it leaking from? There are plenty of places where a leak can occur bud.

For instance, the regulator, bolt kit, solenoid, on / off, macro fittings. Be a bit more specific for a better chance of diagnosis.

Yep, if you can tell us where the leak is coming from, we'll be better able to diagnose what is happening, and can give you a better idea of what you need to do. Right now, we'd have to give you a very broad answer, or just our best guess at what your problem is.

I have looked at the geo when it was in for repairs.

It was originally leaking down the barrel, but that was a simple fix. It is now leaking from the bleed hole underneath where the back cap screws in. I have tried several orings, as well as adjusting the volume chamber screw and it did nothing.

Check the back of the tube for any micro-scratches. There might be some metal to metal contact somewhere that scratched the inside of the tube. Hope that it's not because i don't think that is repairable.

Try a larger diameter O-ring on the Propshaft as well.
