Ollie Lang Drawing Step by Step!!!
Here we go again.
I am doing an all airbrush painting of Ollie Lang. I have just recently taken a class from Dru Blair and will be using his technique to make this my best painting ever.
It will be interesting to see how this step by step is going to play out. This is my first full color airbrush painting so don't expect too much.

One of the main differences that seperates a color airbrush painting from a liquidlead painting is the use of firsket. Frisket is a clear film that you lay over all of the area that you do not want paint to get on. This painting is being done on CS-10 illustration board.


Got the basic outline done



about 10 hours into it.



I have put about 20+ hours into this.

I have alot more work to do on the mask.


Still have more work on the mask. This painting is going to take as long as my troll painting.

Wow, I know art takes time but it's a surprise it can take so long to do such a small area. But you can defiantly see why it takes to long.
