let me clear this up.

he offered to pay via pay-pal when i didn't have pay-pal so i didn't "refuse" i just couldn't take it.

he broke the terms and conditions that we agreed to when he said "15ish cash in the 360 box" he left me goodfeedback before i left him bad feedback.
