So um....wow. st:fit has REALLY gone down hill as of late huh? Did Lurker finally abandon it too? Seems their new ring leader is a kid who thinks bringing your arms to parallel on bench is not only the right way, but anything else is in fact wasted motion. I cant believe the **** these kids gobble up just to say they bench more.

What are you benching these days? I thought I was getting close to a pr, was itching to try 425 but then I got sick so went from 345x7 to 345x5. Going tomorrow to see where I am.

Just got back in the gym since week 2 of football season. I broke some ribs playing flag football at a bachelor party and couldnt lift a ****ing tin can without pain. When i finally did get healthy i was just in such a rut it took me awhile to come out of just flat out being lazy. So im at like...oh i dunno...225 for 8? Its pitiful.

Injuries suck, man. I hurt my shoulder just a bit and had to take about 6 weeks off. Was not a bad injury at call, could only imagine broken ribs. I hope they fix my ankle soon so I can play basketball and squat again.

I'm probably going to Seattle to visit a buddy the beginning of April. Gonna try and get in a day each at Stevens Pass and Baker. Never ridden in the PNW, hope there's still some decent snow by then.

woohooo buddy got a cabin reserved for Lake Fork, Texas this summer. i think he and his cousins are going for a full month since he is a teacher and his cousins are on break from college

we have to drive the boat down there though. i am NOT looking forward to that.

my old roomy just hit up baker. that place looks amazing. he did baker, breck, vail, winterpark, copper and aspen in the course of a month...MUST BE NICE living in Denver and being between jobs

ive only gone out twice this year and only to ****ty local places. I was going to go to vail in 2 weeks but I had to cancel that trip, unfortunately. probably for the best, its a lot of money and i really do not want to destroy my board out there.
