Well..
Google it..memory serves me right there are some places that specializes in chroming, anodizing, etc. paintball markers. Try "chrome plating" or "decorative chrome plating". I also remember to there is a website that even sells chrome plated Tippman halves I just can't remember where but they were expensive.
I did my own stripping and smooth the hell out of mine before I got mine chromed...and I got it done locally and got it for close to nothing because of my work and I'm in that type of industry.
