Vanguard has been stepping up their support towards the end of last season and in the off season. They had a tech tent and trailer at Vegas so I would imagine they will also be in HB.

With Frank being a Vanguard and NPPL rep and the 2 or 3 Vanguard teams along with Avalanche I am 95% sure there will be a vanguard trailer or tent

Unless there was one on the fedex form, then no. She told me it was received but had to be forwarded to the UK office.

Have you contacted her? To my knowledge I have not seen or heard of this marker. Try calling her and ask her where the marker is because she never shipped it back to the UK.
