You can thank Smart Parts for that idea getting into their heads.

Armchair generals.
They will yell and bark orders all game long, but sit WELL back from the action.
Sorry, was in the forces mates. You want me to charge that hill , you better get your *** out in front with the rest of us.
That is my one pet peeve.
Wiping up here is Very very Rare (big game Wasaga, not one infraction was handed out).

The things i dont like about woodsball:
Fields are poorly made so you essentially just stuck in a stalemate.
games take 20+ minutes
Too many rec players that wipe where i play

Sounds like you are just stuck having to play at the wrong woodsball fields.

i love rec ball/woods ball
but i'm really sick and tired of being shot by team mates...then again its more of my local courses problem and the fact that little kids have an itchy finger while sitting in the spawn point

I feel as it's more common in woodsball to get the edge in distance. Plus it's harder to check since more people are playing and only so many portable chronos. Then people got that.."if you're not cheating you're not tryin" mentality.

It's more common where refs/owners don't give a damn regardless of the type of play.

Speedballers bringing their 15bps ramping to bear against rentals with 98Cs...and just speedballers in general.

Speaking as a speedballer, I wouldn't bring 15bps ramp to bear against rentals. I barely ever shoot anything other than uncapped semi, even when playing against other guys who use ramping.
Also, I don't play with rentals because my field doesn't have any.
The only people who get to see my Redline's 20bps full auto profile are repetitive bonus ballers and people who talk **** about "speedballers" all day.
In conclusion:

1- Most speedballers began in the woods. So are you saying once taking to the airball field we should not be allowed to return?
2- I don't advocate ramping in woodsball but if the refs at your field allow walk-on games to be set up as speedballers vs renters then who is really to blame?

people using full auto and complaining that im shooting too fast in semi. you chose your gun, its not my fault i can shoot faster.
unintelligent people, like those above, who accuse me of shooting full auto and complain, even tho im in semi (and its probably capped at 10 or 12bps). i hate it more when said dbag is holding a tippman set on auto
people who say im pro and refuse to play because im wearing paintball(speedball) clothes. again, even more annoying when im using a cocker pump or mech spyder.
ungroomed fields. I dont want to snap an ankle because your employees are too lazy to move the rocks. yes paintball can be hazardous, but do your part to prevent unneeded accidents.
overpriced paint!!!!! yes it happens everywhere, but it seems as tho woodsball only places seem to charge more for lesser quality paint.
wipers as always.
aforementioned bushwookies too. and guys that stay in the back where they started. if you're over the age of 12 and are willingly on a paintball field, but are afraid of getting hit.....you sir, are a *****! get off the field and give me a useful player on my team
i do enjoy woodsball now and then, it may not seem like it tho cuz i have a lot of annoyances, but thats cuz there are more factors to woodsball then speedball in that aspect. also cuz woodsball attracts more newbs/rec players than speedball.
i dont like the ridiculous milsim guns either. i mean i get the point that it looks like a real gun, except the hopper, and the air tank. but they are big and bulky and heavy. most dont shoot that fast. and they have sights that really cant be useful as a paintball will not fly true like a bullet would. red dot sights....really??

i see more woodsballers with a5s and x7s that use full auto on rentals than i see speedballers ramp in the woods in general. the majority of speedballers will shoot semi in the woods (a lot of fields ban any other mode) and will go easy on renters. however, it seems that woodsballers have no qualms using full auto on anyone, even from 5 ft away.
add to my list ppl of this guys mindset. they just annoy the piss outta me

Truth!!!!
Im often asked about paintball from friends, associates and co-workers because it's pretty well known how much I love paintball. About 98% of these people do and will always fall into the category of "Woodsballer". The number one question I get, "What gun can i get that has Full Auto?".

All the guys at work said it looked like a I got bit by a vampire with ring worm
