ha, you will see an assload more invasive in hawaii than you will natives, that is for damn sure.
some invasives are not that bad and COMPLETELY over blown (snakeheads in the continental US, pythons in florida), some are seriously huge problems (house cats, asian carp, that ash beetle thing, etc). bottom line is if it shouldn't be there it shouldn't be there...period
the python issue in florida is hilarious to me. they can barely survive where they are at, the numbers really are not that large and there is zero chance of the population spreading as the climate is too cold. they are one cool winter night from being wiped out.
