Basically the back rubber/plastic stop got ripped out the first time I used it, leaving a 3 x 5 (approx) hole in the outer layer of the fabric. Dye refused to replace it (only time they've ever refused me anything) so I've always covered it up with black duct tape. Never had an issue afterwards.
