I would also suspect a lot of local paintball stores and companies in the california area will have booths at HB as well. Its perfect for them to boost up sales and stuff.

Yea Hb vendors always seem to do pretty well in sales. I dont see any reason why a company wouldnt take this opportunity.

I wouldn't expect a larger number of vendors their, considering the team limit being capped at 130 and the asking price for a booth. Nothing against the USPL, but it costs less for a booth at World Cup which is two days longer, gets 3x the teams and people travel their from around the world just to check out new things which HB hasn't gotten in a few years. On the upside for the vendors that are going, they will do well since there are less places for players to spend their money. Again, nothing against the USPL; HB is an expensive place to hold an event and the price is just, but for the actual business value it doesn't compare to other large events.

true, but the USPL is just starting. Once the season gets going and the league gets more popular, its only going to grow bigger and bigger. Every league had to start somewhere, and im sure the USPL will gain more sponsors as the season progresses and prices will be better. And nothing can beat the HB event, hands down one of the best events and venues to host a tournament imo. What more can you ask for, its Cali, on the beach, good weather and plenty of dank honeys going around.

It's the best venue, but far from the best event. I was trying to show the others that replied that vendors just don't show up and make money, and why there won't be a lot of them their. I believe that the other events in the season will get more vendors, but that will be attributed to the substantial decrease in booth price for events 2-5. I hope they do grow very large; it will give me more events to attend.

I'm pretty sure Dye and Smart Parts/DLX are going to keep doing what they've always been doing: only supporting the PSP because they both own it.

They might send techs out to support their sponsored teams, but that's probably it.
