Hey i ordered a 5 insert kit in october 2003 and the .688 insert was backordered 8 months later i am still waiting i called a couple of months ago and they said it was on its way yet it is 3 months later and it is still not here... at this point i have lost my tracking # and order forms. i am getting a little annoyed and dont want to have to pay for a new insert... if anyone can give me information on how to get my last insert it would be appriciated

pm pbcrazy he will help you out. Im having the same problem as you are. .688 must be a hot item or something. Just wish they would have keep us in the loop about thats going on. Hope this helps
