I haven't seen this personally, but mistakes do happen--foam is weird, I have seen sheets before die-cutting that are more "airy" then others. Valken Customer Service can likely get you a new foam set or have you return the goggle. Call Valken Customer Service and they'll get you sorted out : (866) 978-2553

So long as you have a proof of purchase within a year and the mask is legitimately a manufacturer defect (sounds definitely like it is) then you're covered. I doubt they'll be able to replace it with the same color (truly a limited edition, will never be re-made), but at least you'll get a brand-new mask out of the situation. Sorry for the trouble! This is what we've found to work best. I would advise removing the lens and placing it another room, as the glue and fumes are extremely detrimental to polycarbonate. Don't put the lens back in until everything has dried for at least 24 hours.
I will try and check back here and help you guys out as much as I can. Not having to do sales and some of my other duties gives me a lot more time to interact with customers and try and improve our image and products.
