Any good tips for a new team?

Don't pick up broke players, find a solid 5 play together as much as possible, don't get discouraged teams don't win over night, find other teams to practice with don't just play each other or same players, and support your local field. . Good luck guys

^^^^ What he said, couldn't of said it better myself. My best advice is to like said above find five reliable players, as well as players that click. You dont want a team that is constantly bickering between one another, a successful team consists of players that are focused as well as concerned about the #1 priority, the success of the team.
