Hey Rob, I bought a ninja 68/45 from punisherpb (yes I know what a joke, won't be buying from them) and I got it chipped. I filled out a return app on their site and they never got back to me. Is their anything you can do about it??

Yes I played a tourney last weekend which is why it has the blue tape around it.

I wanted to buy directly from Ninja website but noticed it had changed...

Friend was installing a new fill nipple. He decided to seal that little teflon stuff around the edge of the fill nipple with some dow 33. I wiped most of it off. Is it safe to use? None of it got inside the fill nipple, just around the edge after he was done tightening it.

Hey bud. They wont be able to warranty a chip. Chips are caused by something hitting up against the bottle, causing the black gel coat to chip or the bottle was dropped and that was the area where it hit. The only time they will warranty a bottle is if there is a just a crack, meaning the gel coat was defective and caused the hairline crack.

Btw how did the chip form? Was it dropped or did something in your gear bag hit up against it?

Dow 33 is not a thread sealer. Its a grease for lubricating parts inside the regulator.

Dow33 is safe so no worries about safety there. However, if its having an issue with sealing up, what he needs to do is remove the fill nipple and remove the thread sealant tape, reapply new thread sealant tape, and reinstall. Make sure to remove all of the old thread sealant tape as well.

I recently decided to upgrade my entire set up for pump paintball. I recently bought a 2k5 WGP Black Magic. Thing is a beauty and I plan on hooking it up with a Check It On/Off ASA. I also recently got a Ninja 50/4500 w/ a SLP Regulator. My question for you guys is if the SLP reg is gonna give me problems with my pump. I got the set up for a steal and would hate to have to get a new reg.

chilled form by them failing to package it.properly. All they did was wrap the tank in one sheet of newspaper then threw it in the box with a bunch of crumbles up newspaper. It was even a snug fit, could feel everything move around. I still have the original.boxes and newspaper.

help ;-)

hi rob,
i have a ninjapro rotational reg on my empire tank im trying to get the output pressure to 450 but the the instructions tell me there should be no shims i took them all out and it doesnt engage on my gun. i think the pin is to low?

there is like 10 shims and the manual said 3 shims for 800 2 for 700 1 for 550 and 0 for 450.

i looked at a bunch of videos and mine only has black shims with 1 or 2 thin silver shims no red shims..

do u know how many shims i need to take out to make the output pressure 450?

We only recommend using the SLP on Bob Long G6R's and the Victory. We do not recommend using it on other markers but you may be able to get your Black Magic to operate correctly using it. Its something you will have to try on your own.

You are confusing the Belleville Spring stack that is on the Piston with the Adjustment Shims found at the bottom of the regulator. Take all of the SHIMS out to get your pressure down to 450psi. DO NOT remove the belleville springs on your piston.

Did you try calling Punishers? I only ask because in my experience they have great customer service. They don't always respond to emails but they have been super helpful any time I have called,

Hey jsnp8nt, I have found personally that the best output pressure for my Ego11 was the LP output (all shims removed). The marker was very smooth and consistent over the chrono. If you are looking to run the lowest possible output pressure I would try hunting down an SLP and seeing how your personal Ego11 works on that. I had 2 Ego11's that handled it just fine and my last one was ok with it but not as consistent as the others. Every gun is different so I definitely recommend trying before buying if at all possible. If you have any questions please feel free to shoot me a pm or reply back

The PRO reg can only go as low as 400psi, where as the SLP is around 275-300psi.

lol no problem. call me when you get some time. If you have all of the original packaging, we might be able to have you submit a shipping claim through the shipping company if it was damaged during transit.

sorry...was not in the office this weekend and just getting to answer questions. I would recommend the 450 or 550 setting on your ego11. Its what I'm shooting as well. The PRO Adjustable can be adjusted from 450, 550, 700, or 800psi only. If you need to go lower or higher, we need to use different belleville springs to ensure consistent output at those pressures.

So on an Ego11, I would recommend either 450 to 550psi, which will cover any board settings or upgrades you decide to use (as well as stock ego11's)
