My dad has a model 98, and we have a nice setup on it... There is a 16 inch barrel on it, and it is a very nice mod, the noice isnt bad, and the distance and accuracy really increaced from the original barrel...

not really a mod but polish the internals, polish and rework of the trigger setup.

Talking

I would say a barrel.. For the M98 the barrel is one of the most important things you could get upgrade wise that would inprove the performance of the gun!

It may have a good look ( I must admit) But in the long run u will be paying for all the dirt in your barrel and in your gun!

It won’t improve the performance of your gun, but my favorite modification is a SiN custom paint job. You can’t beat the price either.

Cheers!

i like the 2x trigger. it reely does help it times of desperate rapid fire and i like that flatline. i makes it go like 100 ft farther, its got incredible accuracy. the only downside it that u need 2 be picky on gettign good quality paint like PMI and marblizers and that u should do a good job on the installation. thats what matters. if u dont install rite, u wont see results. but when u get it right, boy does it purr like a kitten.

My favorite.... my Psycho Ballistics electro-pneumatic upgrade. One of too many upgrades on my 98, but that one is my favorite. With a close second to the polished stock barrel (long story/reason).

Either the LP or RT kit. Electro is nice and all, but it comes at a price.

As for the vert feed, it will only work with the Em98 kit due to the conecting rod being able to be adjusted. In order to make a vetical feed for a standard 98, you'll need a slightly shorter rod. As for the side hole where the balls used to feed, I used JB Weld to to fill it in, then smoothed it out.
I'll try to write more on how it was done when I get pics up.

Gatorchris: I was thinking the same way about the hopper not being stable as I was working on the gun. What I done here was drill a hole 1in. diameter for the feed port and added a 7/8 plastic bushing that I cut from an old elbow. The 7/8 end of the elbow is slightly larger than 1in. so when the body halves are put together, it make for a very tight friction fit that won't come out. By using the 7/8 bushing, you can actully thread in a Angel high rise. But for right now I'm using a straight elbow adapter from a SL68II pump. So far there are no problems with it coming apart.

it is so cool im have the mod done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

go team ridge boyz and team ridge boyz 2
