im 5' 8" and 180. Doritos are my home. But Back center and dorito corner are my homes away from home. I also am the guy to run the A. It gets real at the A with 5 people shooting at you haha.

I tend to be slow. But usually I am fighting with a injury to my ankles or knees or something. I am suppose to have both ankles and knees in a brace.

im actually working on my speed. i cant believe it i ran track 100m and 200m in 7th grade. Now in 9th grade im super slow for my size lol

Only thing I did in high school was rugby. But I was a forward so I didn't need to be fast. Would have helped though lol.

Played football in high school not too bad on speed but love corners.

Work your thighs a calves. Do a lot of plyos and get one of those parachute things for quickness.
