Your NME settings

i have the same problem man. and we arent the only ones. bad news thought i havent been able to fix mine yet. ive tried low pressure, ive tried changing the poppet spring to a timmy poppet, ive lubed all my internals and still i cant get above 270 fps at 80 psi inlet. so i hope you can get your problem fixed and let me know.

i also tried a low pressure tank and it does exactly the same thing. ill have inlet pressure at 80 psi and the hpr screwed in just about flush, never further and i could throw a paint ball faster ( not literally) but u understand my frustration

put the pressure at 90

did that too. i maybe got like 5 more fps. thats it. to get my marker to shoot at 285, which is field speed where i play i have to run it like 100 to 110 psi and thats BAAAAAAAADDDDDDDD! so i dont know what to do. theres a guy who posted a thread saying he took the poppet spring out and i performs better. doesnt sound like a good idea to me

im suprised you didnt blow out your reg shooting at 110
i have my hpr screwed in almost the whole way and the lpr about half way out
i shoot around 60 psi and my velocity is around 285, but when i raise the dwell settings the velocity goes up so may be try that.

yeah... tried that to. got alittle more but still had to run at high input. ive got some more things im gonna try this weekend so ill keep up to date with my crappy situation. and about what u said about being surprized i didnt blow anything important like my noid or reg, im surprized also. the NME must be built pretty good

Our team was sponored by NME lastyear we still got 3 LE gun's. We had to upgrade the regulator to CP reg's and after that just adjust it like you do a Timmie. Don't let your reg go over 70 psi than adjust the front noise for your distance.

its one of the reason's. We tried to have System X techs walk us through abunch of stuff lastyear than I found a guy with one at one of the local tourney's in ohio lastyear and he enlited us about how the stock reg likes to hik-up and he was right. I would have to go through the board settings to get u what we run ours at but once we switched to CP reg's they straight-up got down like a Timmy.

Don't forget with every change u do to your gun. Weather it be hpa or lpa u will need to change out the ring's. These guns are that senitive. I ended up running lpa my tank was a nitro duck. We have one guy that still run's his at hpa.

well i already bought a bunch of stuff to fix this problem and now it looks like i gotta buy a cp reg to. and what do i do if that doesnt fix it either?

it will fix it. If not send it back to System X, the gun does have a warrenty. If they argue with yea tell them you will hire a lawyer. Trust me we had to play hardball with them lastyear to get the rest of our sponorship gear.
