HAHA... I didnt think it was much of a party.... at least not the kind of party I like.... we need to fill out the brackets not have to beg teams to play them. Im sure next year will be easier with alot of this years teams will have to bump... |

Mwxl Event #3 Update
Ok,
We currently have 8 (SOLID TEAMS) up for D3 which means we will be paying out the full prize package However, I just spoke with Pekin Prestige who has said they WILL be playing and should be up and paid sometime tonight or tomorrow. So looks like we will be round out with 10. Thanks again for all the teams registered for your support... NOW HURRY UP AND PAY ALREADY! I will be making my calls tonight to teams not paid to confirm intent
As you know, I put up the event layout the Saturday before the event at Midnight! This will also be the time that registration CLOSES! This means if you don't have a team up, you will not be coming to the dance. If you have to make changes to your roster at the event , there will be a $20 fee to do so(NO EXCEPTIONS). We are committed to making sure this event runs as smooth as possible but, more importantly ON TIME!!! This is why I will be doing my “Pre Event Paperwork” at this time so that I may assist the hosting field with any last minute preparations on Sat. Now, with that said, I am not going to be a dick. So if there are some special circumstances I have no problem working with you but, once registration closes it is closed!
If you need paint for the event, you need to get at me so I can get you down for my paint order for this weekend. Please PM me for pricing and details.
Last thing and I cannot stress this enough. Once the event schedule is published (all game times), IT WILL BE FOLLOWED TO THE TEE!!! Please give yourselves plenty enough time to get to the field, register and prepared to play your games ON TIME. If you are not on the field once your game has been called, it WILL be a forfeit. If you come on the field short players and the game clock starts, you will be playing down players. .. THIS IS YOUR FARE WARNING.

Will you be releasing the schedules before the day of the event (ie Saturday)? This gives us a chance to double check the schedules before Sunday and bring up any issues.
Looking forward to this!

Schedules will be the first thing that goes up a little bit after midnight
