just use your tippy, forget the flatline barrel and stock, just pick up a jj barrel kit for it, it'll work just fine like that, but remember its still a big gun so playing back is going to be your friend...

but get a pump ;P check the b/s/t pumps on here also check

www.mcarterbrown.com
www.automags.org
www.stockclasspaintball.com

you can usually find some good deals on picking up a used pump with everything you need to play

You can get so many great guns for cheap right now its ridiculous.

Personally I would pick up one of the following guns, and all are less then $250 if you shop around.

2004-05 MacDev Cyborg
Proto PM5
FEP Quest

All will keep up with just about any marker on the field. Plus all three are easy to maintain and very reliable.

Just my 2 1/2 cents....

Well I would say get a Mini
other people would say an Ion,Vibe,Spyder etc...
others would say a PMR, Eos. etc...

A lot those are the people who have never had a prolem with their marker.
And some of those are people that own those same markers and have had problems their markers.

You just have to pick what you like the looks of and what feels good and hope for the best

I'd go with inpulse(for electro, mine has never had a problem) or a cheap used pump cocker. imp is heavier but it's EP, and can use co2, and with an aftermarket bolt it's decently efficient. pump cocker is very light, and will probably help you play better in the long run.
EDIT: Duh, mini, it's wicked, tons of other guns are going for rediculously cheap now, especially because it's winter.
look around BST and play with guns in local shops.
Don't worry about buying pants jerseys and stuff. Though kneepads may be a decent idea if you find yourself getting on your knees a lot ::maybedodgy::
