Questions about Pred. Board...
I have an Dynasty M5 board right now and the bounce is killing me. I've capped everything out and it still bounces. I won't be able to slip this by at a tourney. Don't get me wrong the board is great and I could go to another trigger and probably eliminate all the bounce, but I love my trigger the way it is and I would rather go to a new board and keep my trigger setup.
I'm looking into switching over to the pred. or the virtue board. My question is; what is your experience with the debounce and AMB settings on the Pred. Board? Are they effective? Has anyone had any bounce problems with this board? I heard it has a stiffer switch on it than the dynasty board which probably helps eliminate some switch bounce.
Please post away, I would love the input before I buy another board.

Lol, I thought you said in another thread you were able to eliminate it? Great, now I have a M6 coming with a Slik Trigger.

Lol awesome. We'll see how things go lol. Maybe I can send it back to swap out?
What doesn't make sense though is people with Slik triggers and the stock board don't have bounce issues. The microswitch on the stock board has the same 25g switch as well as the BH.
I think I can figure it out, it may just take some time an patience.
I'd probably start by toying with efficiency and kick of the gun first. Then move to the AMB settings, then the buffered shots, and then debounce. :-/

Actually, some of the switches have heavier pulls. I can verify thats, as my stock board came with a very heavy switch (I had to flip it, then loosen it up a bit).

The Predator board also has a 25g flipped switch. However, one review on pbreview claimed that he was able to send his board back to TAG, and they replaced the 25g switch with an 80g switch in order to eliminate his bounce issues. My trigger settings (alot of pre-travel, little to no post-travel, a little magnetic tension) seem to eliminate bounce pretty effectively.

Yeah, but the SLik has no magnet. I'll be able to figure it out. Curse you nay-sayers.

Then just do the first two settings when you get it and see what happens. First try it with a little post-travel, and if that doesn't work, then try it with no post-travel.

I'm going to be using the Slik Trigger. There is no spring or magnet. I think it just takes some knowledgable tweaking to fix.

i have an M6 and a slik trigger... and haven't even capped out my debounce settings and i get 0 bounce. It's a matter of setting your trigger activation point right. put it almost at the end of your pull. seriously, i have no issues.

That's exactly what I did (I just have the Predator, not the Dynasty board, and the stock trigger).

if the gun bounced with the Tadao board then there's no way it'll be okay with a Predator. tadao uses the best anti-bounce programming of anything available.
What may be happenning is the microswitch is in the wrong position with the trigger you have. If that's the case then it'll do it. Does the trigger feel heavy to you, like you can feel the microswitch click really easily?
